Many years of experience & several trainings in bodywork & traumainformed coaching have let me to where I am today.
Hidden emotions are part of the human condition. While it's natural to strive for positivity, it's crucial to recognise and address our hidden struggles. If left unaddressed, they can accumulate over time & create a burden that can impact our relationships, work, and overall health.
