The oldest Bowling Club on the Island, Ventnor Bowling Club is situated just above the town of Ventnor, approximately 330 feet above sea level, and about half a mile from the sea front.
We have been here at our present location since 1927. Despite being a well-established club, we are always looking to expand our family and welcome new people to our friendly club and the sport of bowls. We are lucky to have a most beautiful setting, traditional pavilion clubhouse, and one of the very finest greens on the Isle of Wight. It is also the only club on the Island with its own full length indoor rink.
Our members are of all ages and come from all walks of life reflecting the fact that bowls really is a sport for everyone. We are open from April till September for outdoor bowling and then open all winter in our full length indoor rink, all included in one membership.
