Penny has a Level 3 Diploma in instructing Mat-Based Pilates and is also a qualified Postural Stability Instructor.
"I began my journey with Pilates to help me overcome a difficult period in my life. Not only have I discovered the physical benefits of Pilates, the feeling of peace and calm following each session has allowed me to move forward and to embrace my life. I would love for you to continue this journey with me and to experience the joys of Pilates.
I was born on the Isle of Wight and trained in childcare, gaining employment with various providers including HE institutions. I graduated in 2007 with my BA (Hons) Education Studies, but, felt as though my career needed a new direction. I decided on Pilates as I had researched the physical and emotional benefits and felt passionate about the holistic benefits to both men and women of all ages. Beginning with one class a week, I now run many classes, offering beginners and intermediate students the opportunity to exercise safely, and to meet individual health and exercise requirements. Classes are tailored for the needs of the group and focus on the key principles of the original Pilates mat-based exercises. I also run a successful Chair Based Pilates class which allows safe exercise for clients with mobility issues or other underlying health conditions and weekly online classes via Zoom follow the link to find out more!"
