My name is Coco Monroe, a Burlesque Chair Dance Instructor for the Isle of Wight. I LOVE dancing, and I am so excited to teach you some sassy, fun routines that will keep you fit, flexible and strong in your core. Get fit, lose weight, build confidence, have fun!
VENTNOR BELLES BURLESQUE CHAIR DANCE
Sassy dance routines taught over four weeks, section by section, with recaps each week. At the end of the four weeks you will have a routine to show your friends!

WHAT TO WEAR?
We recommend wearing someting comfortable and flexible like leggings and a vest top. We dance barefoot or with yoga socks, and for the cool down you'll want a warm layer like jogging bottoms and a hoodie. Bring a bottle of water too.
PRIVATE BOOKINGS
I am also available for private bookings, hen parties and I hold bi-annual shows where my dancers get the chance to perform on stage! Hen party workshops are £120 for 2 hours (2024). Contact me for a performer fee for dancers in full costume at a private party (no stag dos, sorry).
