Villa Lavinia is a Victorian town house located in Ventnor, on the Isle of Wight, UK. It has been renovated to a high standard whilst retaining much of its original detailing, such as the carved gothic staircase and ornate cornicing. The contemporary decor and stylish furnishings make this an extremely comfortable property with the benefit of a stunning landscaped cliff top garden with fantastic coastal views (accessed over a tiny private road).
This self-catering accommodation can accommodate up to 10 guests offering: 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 3 bathrooms or shower-rooms, separate WC, large kitchen/lounge/dining area and utility room. The Villa is serviced by The Hambrough with crisp cotton sheets and fluffy white towels, and The Hambrough is only a short walk away should you wish to join us for breakfast or book in for a special meal with your family and friends.

There is some limited parking in Alexandra Gardens, and nearby Dudley Road public carpark.

The town house is in the heart of Ventnor town. with its shops and restaurants. The beach is about a 5 minute walk away and is within easy reach of other award winning beaches, amazing golf courses, breath-taking cycling tracks and so much more.
