The Clock Tower enjoys a private entrance and is accessed via a external stairway to an elevated, south facing decked area from where the sea can viewed and soak up the sun and the peace and quiet.

The stairs in the centre of living area lead to a mezzanine area that can be used, but the head height is restricted and is more of a feature than an every day usable space.
