Community Drum Jam Circle for Wellbeing
Join us every Monday at St. Margarets Community Hall. You can also book us for your organisation, school, event, fair or team building!
Benefits of drumming:
Drumming exercises the brain through stimulating cognitive functions like perception, attention and memory and group drumming especially reduces the experience of anxiety, depression and loneliness. Drumming is good for the body too, and not just for psycho-motor coordination.
Sound has a healing property to soothe and relax the body and mind. Sound enhances our self-awareness, facilitates connecting with the higher self, promotes self-observation and self-worth, and increases the state of personal resonance.
