We hire kayaks and boards by the half hour, hour and weekly at competitive rates. We have been kayaking and surfing from Steephill for the last 18 years (our family has lived in the Cove for the last 50 years) and therefore we know & understand all tidal and weather conditions.
We are fully insured and the daily operation is run by a fully qualified surfer, sailor, SUP-er, life-guard and first aider.
You have to be over 10 years old to hire a kayak or surf board; if weather/tide permits children from 5 years and above may be taken out by a parent/responsible adult in the kayaks. You have to be over 8 years old to hire a Body Board.

The Kayak shack is open during the summer season only, generally from March to October.
