Call 999 in an emergency. For non-emergencies call 101 or visit www.hampshire.police.uk.
Every neighbourhood in the Isle of Wight (and Hampshire) has a dedicated neighbourhood policing team that works together with the local community and partners to: reduce crime and incidents, bring more offenders to justice, protect the vulnerable and tackle violence against women and girls, improve victim service and public confidence.
Neighbourhood policing teams are led by senior police officers and include police officers, police community support officers (PCSOs), police staff and the Special Constabulary.
They aim to make communities safer through an approach that is focussed on engagement, offender management, safeguarding and problem solving.
You can receive regular updates from your local policing area by signing up to our community messaging system, Isle of Wight Alert. This allows residents to receive local information on incidents in or around their area.
