We (Mandy and David) started MaD Island Services in 2017 by letting out our own properties; with them we learnt what works and what doesn’t, identified some of the most often occurring problems and enjoyed the success of getting it right. Our properties were soon booked to their full capacity, while we minimised the effort of managing them.
Today, we are helping property owners to let their holiday apartments and homes in Ventnor and on the rest of the Isle of Wight. Thanks to our own experiences, we know what guests look for and expect when they book a holiday rental, and we know how to set up, style, design and run the properties. We also have the benefit of having vast local knowledge and a great collection of contacts in case we need to call on someone in the event of an emergency.

As Airbnb Ambassador for the Isle of Wight and South coast I help other hosts to list and manage their Airbnb accounts and properties. It is a continuation of our work at MaD Island Services, helping second home and holiday home owners become independent and successful.
