Lisle Combe B&B and Wedding Venue

Last updated:

In the Noyes family, since 1929, Lisle Combe is a family run Bed and Breakfast, owned and managed by husband and wife team, Robert and Ruth Noyes.  It is situated on the southern side of the Isle of Wight, in a picturesque haven, with uninterrupted views over the English Channel.

Stay at the home of the famous British poet, Alfred Noyes, witness his extensive library and chattels of a time gone bye. The house is Listed and retains many original features - leaded windows, tall twisted Tudor style chimney pots - in the beautiful 'Cottage Orne' style. Extensive gardens to explore and close access to the unique St Lawrence coastal path and small rocky beaches.

The peacefulness of the surroundings create an atmosphere which can inspire all of us. Essentially a retreat from the hustle and bustle of working life, Lisle Combe is the ideal place to stay, to restore the mind, body and soul.

Take a break from your daily life at Lisle Combe.
- Time to talk,
- Time to think,
- Time to breathe.

We cater for couples, families, solo travellers and groups.
Come and reconnect, and recharge, surrounded by our stunning scenery, as well as all the local wildlife, including the island's famous red squirrels who scamper through the garden. There is easy access to charming coastal walks, rocky chines and coves where in days gone past smugglers, and maybe even modern day pirates, were known to frequent.

As a family run business, we at Lisle Combe understand the importance of an enjoyable and stress free break. We will do our very best to make your stay the very best experience it can be. In addition, we can also accommodate larger family groups, host special events, and can hold small wedding receptions.
