Hillside Farm Retreat is located on the outskirts of Niton, a pretty village on the south side of the Isle of Wight. It is ideal for couples or a family with 2 children, ramblers, dog owners or cyclists due to its rural, peaceful setting.
There are stunning countryside and coastal scenic views, and walks directly outside the door onto the Downs – dogs are very welcome!
If you can tear yourself away from this idyllic setting, venture into the heart of Niton where you can stock up on all of your self-catering essentials at the local store. Or enjoy a meal at The White Lion or the 16th-century The Buddle Inn.
Be sure to take advantage of the Isle of Wight’s dramatic coastline and explore Whale Chine Nature Reserve which boasts breath-taking cliff top walks and unbeatable views across the sea. Or while away sunny days upon the glorious golden sands of Shepherds Chine Beach. Other must-see attractions on the Island include the medieval Carisbrooke Castle, Dinosaur Isle Museum, Brading Roman Villa and Amazon World Zoo.

The Farm
Although a non-working farm, there are various animals at Hillside, and during your stay you will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the resident dog (Pippa), ponies, chickens and even guinea pigs! The farm is home to lots of wildlife due to its rural and peaceful location. The owners support the local flora and fauna as much as possible, and try to live in a sustainable and eco friendly manner.

The Pepper Pot - Sleeps 4
A newly converted barn, the Pepper Pot Retreat is named after the local Oratory, affectionally known as the Pepper Pot, which is just a short walk up the lane. The property has two bedrooms and is ideal for families or two couples. There is an open plan living room kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, electric central heating, a wood-burning stove, Wi-Fi and three TVs.
The Retreat - Sleeps 2
A dog-friendly, single-storey holiday home located within an enclosed courtyard of Hillside Farm, near the play area. The property has 1 bedroom plus open plan living room kitchen, a walk-in shower room, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi and Smart TV. It boasts a welcoming interior complemented by a sumptuous double bedroom plus an enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ. The property also has one off-road parking space.
