Gulls Wing Apartment is a ground floor, self-contained annexe within Seagulls, a 3-storey Victorian house that is our family home. Seagulls was built in 1895 and was formerly the York House Hotel, before the name changed in the 1960's.
Many of our guests return, captivated by Ventnor's Victorian charm and mild climate. It is very sheltered as the town is set into the southern cliffs of the Isle of Wight.
The self-contained ground floor apartment is light, airy and spacious. It has sea glimpses from the bedroom, a private entrance, parking and private use of the garden with BBQ facilities to enjoy.
There is one bedroom, containing both a double bed and a single bed, making it perfect for couples or small families with one child.
Gulls Wing is perfectly located to explore the seaside town of Ventnor with its many restaurants, bars and shops, and the beach is just 10 minutes walk away.
It has the benefit of its own parking space (a rarity in Ventnor) and private use of the cottage garden/courtyard with BBQ and seating area. So when you've enjoyed a fun packed day, you can return and relax outdoors.
The town and beach are within easy walking distance - 2 minutes walk into Ventnor, and 10 munites walk down to the beach.
We don't charge any hidden extras and always do our best to make your stay perfect. You can enjoy free Wi-Fi, and we have provided a TV & DVD player and a few games.
Bed linen and towels are provided, and the annexe has its own large shower room.
