Self Catering Holiday Cottages
Our very individual and picturesque stone self-catering holiday cottages are set within the 300 acre Appuldurcombe Estate. The views are very special as Appuldurcombe is one of the listed parks of Great Britain, designed by Capability Brown.
It makes an excellent location for family holidays and from which to explore the Island either driving, walking or cycling from your door. A village shop and pub are a short walk away in Wroxall, and more slightly further away in Godshill, with and a Supermarket 10 minutes by car. We are a family business and are proud of our guest return rate.
The holiday cottages have access to Appuldurcombe house grounds 24/7.
Each cottage is different and are let through our agents Sykes cottages www.sykescottages.co.uk or ring 01539 496444 Monday to Saturday and they will be pleased to help you identify which would best suit you.
There's plenty of parking alongside all cottages except The Gatehouse which has parking a short distance away. All cottages have broadband/WiFi, Smart TV, fridge/freezer, microwave and hob, and all have an oven, except the The Gatehouse, which has a Kitchenette.
Children are welcome. Cot and high-chair are free on request if available, or bring your own travel cots.
Electricity is included, and the cottages are centrally heated from October to April. Bedlinen and towels included.
For large groups Coach House (sleeps 7), Retreat (sleeps 2) and Stable Cottage (sleeps 6) are next to each other. They are situated in the 11 acre grounds surrounding Appuldurcombe House.
