Appuldurcombe Farm Holiday Cottages

Last updated:

Appuldurcombe Farm is located on the Isle of Wight, England’s very own Sunshine Island. The cottages are isolated in quiet hillside pastures and yet are within walking distance of local, shops, pubs, and restaurants. Far enough from large towns to be a “Dark Skies” site, with fantastic views of the sky on clear nights, it is also in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. And for the more energetic there are several nearby trails for walking and running as well as cycling.

We have 4 properties available...

The Farmhouse sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms (2 extra on a sofa-bed in the snug is possible). It is a period, five-bedroom stone house built in 1780 and was the Deer Lodge for Appuldurcome Park. It has a large garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is plenty of parking.

The Old Dairy sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms. It is a luxurious, large, modern barn conversion with a stunning interior and cosy wood-burner. Outside there is a large enclosed lawned garden, a courtyard, patio, garden furniture, and barbecue. There is plenty of private parking.

The Ox House sleeps 6 in 4 bedrooms. This is a beautifully renovated detached, 18th century, stone cottage and has a secure, walled garden, which may well date even further back to the 17th century. There is also a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is plenty of space for car parking.

Willow Cottage sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom. It is a delightful stone annexe to the Farmhouse and a cosy couple’s retreat separated from the Farmhouse by an entrance hallway. It has its own sitting-out area with garden furniture and barbecue. There is plenty of car parking space.
